Job Responsibilities:
∎ PC Hardware Installation and Troubleshoot.
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools in Desktop & Laptop.
∎ Cable Laying & Punching, Rack dressing & Mount, Cisco Switch & Wi-Fi Router Configuration.
∎ Linux, Windows Server 2012/2019 Administration, Disaster Recovery
∎ User Support, Outlook, OS Related and any other operational software etc. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience as IT Hardware& Software Support.
∎ Extensive knowledge of PC Installation & LAN Cabling.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
∎ User Support, Outlook, OS Related and any other operational software etc. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
