Educational Requirements:
∎ Have at least a Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology from any reputed institutes.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks which includes, Fiber optic, Radio link, LAN and WAN, VPN, Wireless Router.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose hardware or software faults and user requirements in different OS like Windows XP - Win10, MacOS, and different versions of Windows Server.
∎ Replace office equipment parts as required.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Managing system and IT vendors/partners and internet service providers.
∎ Operate and administrate company servers in Windows/MAC/Linux OS computers, networks.
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, office equipment and other resources.
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues of monitoring and ensuring day to day IT operations are running smoothly.
∎ Support supervisor with various responsibilities in the Administration Department incl. office management, logistical organization, HR and Finance tasks, as well as any other related tasks as required and ad hoc projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 3 years of proven experience in the networking sector.
∎ Outstanding correspondence skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ In-depth knowledge of hardware, software & networking.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
∎ A good knowledge of how software and operating systems work.
∎ Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with employees to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/Network Administrator, System Engineering (Computer Network & System).
∎ Active team member and team player.
