Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in computer science, Networking, Telecommunication., Diploma in Engineering in computer science, Networking, Telecommunication.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, router, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Support daily IT operations including account management, device administration, network administration, and software management.
∎ Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
∎ Train and direct system users on the correct use of information systems.
∎ Collaborate with (getting help from or providing help to) others department members.
∎ Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
∎ Managing IT staff & Providing direction for team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in different shifting times (Roaster Duty).
∎ Knowledge about organizing cable at the server rack/port.
∎ Knowledge of maintain Mikrotik router & windows server - GPU & AD.
∎ Experience with PowerShell
∎ Able to support remotely at an emergency moment.
∎ Smart, Good Team player and can-do attitude.
∎ Provide remote technical support at urgent case.
∎ Experience with similar product like Google Suite, Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
