Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Islamic Studies, Economics, or any relevant discipline with no third division in academic records

• Diploma/Certification in Islamic Banking will be considered as an added advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum 3 (Three) years of working experience in Islamic Bank’s/Conventional Bank’s Islamic Window or Branch as a permanent employee with good experience of working at branch/head office.

• Candidates are expected to independently handle Investment/Foreign Trade/General Banking department.

• Islamic Banking Professional Degree and Certificates will be given preference.

• Proficiency both in Bengali and English.

• Sound knowledge in MS-Office, MS-Excel and Power Point Presentation.

• Create new business opportunities for the bank ensuring a profitable portfolio for the bank

• Perform day-to-day operations in General Banking, Investment and Trade Services under Islamic Banking guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with Islamic Shari’ah principles and Bangladesh Bank regulations in all banking activities.

• Process and manage Islamic banking deposit products such as Mudarabah Savings, Mudarabah Term Deposits etc.

• Handle financing products like Bai-Murabaha, Ijara, Bai-Muajjal and Musharaka with proper documentation and risk assessment.

• Maintain strong customer service by providing Islamic banking solutions tailored to clients' needs.

• Liaise with the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee and ensure implementation of their guidance in daily operations.

• Monitor and report operational risks, suspicious transactions and ensure internal control measures.

• Co-ordinate with other departments including Core Banking, Trade, SME, and Treasury for smooth functioning of Islamic Banking Window.

• Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
