Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management, planning, developing, maintenance, and implementation of IGW and IP Telephony services.
∎ Having knowledge of IPTSP Network and Linux System Administration and Database.
∎ Explicit knowledge of both IP and TDM networks.
∎ Establish and develop IP PABX system integrated with the IPTSP network.
∎ System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
∎ Report preparation, analysis, and visualize ICX, IGW, IOS, and IPTSP network performance.
∎ Educate IGW and IPTSP technical team members to improve their performance and nurture the team's personal development.
∎ Network Operations Centre (NOC) supervisor Role managing and coordinating the NOC team effectively.
∎ Define the duty shift table for the NOC operations to ensure the whole NOC shift works.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
∎ Keep management informed about network performance and service availability
∎ Coordination with customer service department for any technical issue raised by customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience in IGW and IPTSP domain is required.
∎ Hands-on Experience with the Asterix platform will get preference.
∎ Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
∎ Can work autonomously and feel empowered to take decisions without intervention.
∎ Effective communication skills in internal cross-department functions such as IP Transmission, Billing, HR & Admin, and Account & Finance departments.
∎ Effective communication skills for external partners such as ICX, IGW & Customers.
∎ Effective knowledge of billing, SIP, CRM, IP Calling App, IP PBX etc.
