Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/EEE with specialization in IP Phone, Call Manager, Voice Gateway, Video Conferencing. Any professional certification (CCNP, CCNA etc.) will be preferable.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CCNP

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and maintain IP based telephony system.
∎ Call manager and IP telephone set configuration and maintenance.
∎ Supports all telephone systems (Digital and VoIP systems) in the field and at corporate headquarters.
∎ Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to network and telephone system configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
∎ Assists with configuring, deploying, and supporting network communications (Voice and Data), LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure devices.
∎ Service design and configuration on IP-to-PSTN gateways.
∎ Single point of contact with partners, PSTN carriers and outsource service developer.
