Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee inventory management and stock control activities
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, including product information, quantities, and movements
∎ Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Analyze inventory trends to optimize stocking strategies and minimize excess inventory
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless stock flow and avoid supply chain disruptions
∎ Prepare and present inventory reports for management review
∎ Implement strategies to reduce inventory holding costs and improve stock turnover
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory control
∎ Ensure timely cleaning material & uniform distribution
