• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for security operations.

• Support management in security audits and compliance checks.

• Participate in emergency drills and evaluate team readiness.

This role is vital to ensuring a disciplined, responsive, and well-prepared security team that upholds the highest levels of safety, vigilance, and service across all our client locations.

• Conduct training sessions for security personnel on safety protocols, emergency response, and company policies

• Develop, implement, and regularly update training materials and modules

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements

• Maintain up-to-date records of training sessions and personnel progress

• Ensure all security staff are trained according to regulatory and organizational standards

• Any other tasks assigned by the management
