Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communication, facility management, Problem solving and decision making

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the needs of the capacity building and plan capacity building interventions accordingly.
∎ Coordinate and Manage relationships with key operations staff i.e., supervisors, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners, security etc.
∎ Ensuring all EME Equipment is in functional condition (like; Substation, Generator, Lift, Pump, Fire Detection & Protection Systems, CCTV Systems, ACs etc) by checking regular & periodical manner.
∎ Frequently monitor and execute the project operation according to the project plan.
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures;
∎ If needed, the person has to respond for on-call support in case of emergency situations.
∎ Assist management in preparing project plan of action and implementation guideline.
∎ Candidate should have management proficiency, surveillance skills, ability of analyzing Information, coordination, reporting skills, dealing with complex situations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: Facility management, Surveillance Ski
∎ Area of Business: Corporate Office/Hotel Industry/Residential Building
∎ Should be presentable and well-conversed.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, hardworking, result-oriented and a quick learner.
∎ Sound knowledge of shift management.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Patience and Respect.
