Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Processing inventory basic analysis (file import, upload data from SAP)Validation of inventory analysis results Stock corrections in SAP Completing the international document database Support in stock counts planning
- Checking and updating status of deliveries in SAP Working with emails to answer questions related deliveries Contact with Sales Department, Area Sales Managers with Stores and Warehouse
- Update, keep and track of databases (for inventory preparation)Creation & distribution of Reporting Creation of inventory reports Regular reports about deliveries or corrections. Knowledge in advance excel will add extra value.
- Generate reports and make recommendations to optimize inventory, such as adjusting reorder points, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies
- Collect inventory and sales data, identify and analyze discrepancies, develop and improve inventory control systems, and maintain detailed records of transactions
- Analyze sales trends, demands, and forecastingCoordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory
- Count a portion of a company's inventory on a regular basis to keep a more accurate count
- Generate updated inventory reports and complete monthly inventory reconciliations
