Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Diploma in Engineering in CSE or EEE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
∎ Have to visit the client's site when required.
∎ Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
∎ Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
∎ Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Conduct proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment's like Router, Switch, etc.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
∎ The candidate should have team work mind set.
∎ The Punctuality is essential for a candidate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years

Salary: Tk. 4000 (Monthly)
