∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline
Job Context:
∎ Internship Opportunities
∎ We are looking for dynamic, energetic interns who are eager to learn Technology by assisting various solutions. You will be working closely with our team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and applications.
∎ Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
∎ Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses.
∎ Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
∎ Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request for service.
∎ Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
∎ Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
∎ Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
∎ Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company
∎ Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
∎ Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses
∎ Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues
∎ Organize and maintain IT resources
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong verbal and written communication
∎ Ability to work well in teams
∎ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
∎ Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
∎ Must be available and willing to commit at least six (6) months initially for internship.
∎ A basic understanding of computer network cabling and network file and print services.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
∎ Ability to exercise good judgment and effectiveness in working with a high performing team
∎ Ability to maintain professional (business casual) dress and grooming.
∎ Ability to moving anywhere in Bangladesh on project basis
Salary: Negotiable
