  6. Honest, punctual, and hardworking



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Make outbound calls for US-based clients

  2. Communicate clearly and professionally in English

  3. Follow call scripts and company instructions

  4. Update call status and basic information in Excel/CRM

  5. Maintain call quality and meet daily targets

  6. Work according to US time zone schedules
