∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 applications.
∎ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Eagerness to learn new technologies and enterprise tools.
∎ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
∎ Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 applications.
∎ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Eagerness to learn new technologies and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Share point etc.)
∎ Assist in user account management.
∎ Support Windows operating system-related issues(installation, updates, basic troubleshooting).
∎ Help document support procedures and FAQs.
∎ Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
∎ Monitor and report on system health using tool such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Defender for Endpoint and Azure Monitor.
∎ Assist with software installations, updates and license management.
∎ Participate in IT projects involving Microsoft technologies.
