Job Context:
Believe Int. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical skills essential for building a successful career in Human Resources.
Duration: 4 months.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Call candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Collect required documents from new hires and support the on-boarding process.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and HR events.
- Maintain and update records of upcoming joiners while tracking their on-boarding status.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and compliance with labor laws.
- Support internal audits and prepare documentation required for compliance purposes.
- Assist in performance and rewards initiatives, including data management and documentation.
