Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales (Brand: Lafz, Dr. Rhazes, Zayn & Myza and Elite)

Sales Performance & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a regional/territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

  • Continuously analyze sales performance and take corrective actions.

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage regional sales staff (ASM/TSM) to ensure optimal productivity.

  • Set clear performance benchmarks and monitor daily achievements.

  • Train, coach, and mentor the team for skill development and efficiency.

Distributor & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors.

  • Enhance distributor efficiency and maximize ROI.

  • Evaluate potential new distributors and recommend appointments.

Market Analysis & Strategy Execution

  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.

  • Develop strategic trade marketing initiatives for product visibility.

  • Collaborate with distributors to reduce market returns and optimize logistics.

Operational & Communication Efficiency

  • Monitor stock lifting schedules and communicate updates to the Head Office.

  • Ensure proper product arrangement at distributor locations.

  • Proactively collect and analyze market intelligence for strategic decisions.
