Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide assistance to the Healthcare Management Software Users for both new and existing users- application Support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
∎ Provide assistance and support to the marketing team
∎ Assist in IT administrative task and data entry as assigned
∎ Frequent travel outside of Dhaka

∎ Key Responsibilities:-
