Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative Intern Executive to support our team with an upcoming NBR-related data project. This role focuses heavily on direct phone outreach, field coordination, and recruitment for our data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Coordination & Data Matching: Conduct regular outbound calls to field contacts to collect, verify, and accurately match project information.
Outreach & Persuasion: Call prospective candidates to clearly explain the scope of our data entry jobs and convince them to join the initiative.
Record Keeping: Maintain clear, organized logs of all communications, matched data, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling high-volume outbound calls.
Attention to detail and a basic understanding of data entry workflows.
Job Location: Karwan Bazar
Job Time: Six days a week.
