• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Architect who will solve our interior design related problem with excellent skills.

• Should have creative Idea of modern interior design

• Expert in 2D floor plan & 3D Design himself

• Skills Required: 2D, 3D design, AutoCAD, 3Ds-max, V Ray Render

• Skills & Expertise 3D Animation3D Studio MaxD5 rendering Enscape in Sketch up Mandatory LUMION Sketch Up VRAY

• Lead and manage all ongoing interior projects from planning to final handover.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards.

• Monitor project execution progress and prepare regular project status reports for management.

• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Customer Relations teams for smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular project site visits to ensure quality control, safety, and proper execution.

• Solve project-related technical and operational issues effectively.

• Manage vendor, contractor, and supplier coordination for timely material supply and work completion.

• Review project budgets, material consumption, work progress, and operational costs.

• Ensure proper documentation of work orders, project files, billing, and handover documents.

• Maintain strong client communication regarding project progress and operational updates when required.

• Monitor final finishing quality and ensure proper project handover.

• Develop operational efficiency, reduce project delays, and improve team productivity.

• Support management in achieving company revenue and operational goals.

• Maintain BD INTERIOR’s brand reputation through professional project execution and client satisfaction.

• Costing & Quotation making.
