Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage online customer queries
∎ Need to handle incoming/outgoing calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have marketing & Communication experience.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per the requirement.
∎ Other works were assigned by the management.
∎ Attending office meetings for important issues.
∎ Client handling (suggestions, complaints & regular feedback)
∎ Client communication (regular updates, building relationships)
∎ Regular reporting and analysis.
∎ Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
∎ Both males & females can apply, so all executives must market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face.  Our Office Time (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
