BBA in Marketing from any reputed University/ Diploma/BSc in Architecture/Civil
Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in interior design and renovation services.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging potential residential and commercial project clients.
Develop strategic relationships with real estate developers, construction site engineers, and civil engineers to secure project referrals.
Conduct client meetings, present project proposals, and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions targeting affluent clientele and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and operations teams to create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.
Identify and establish mutual collaborations with real estate companies, developers, and industry professionals for project leads.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
