• Age 28 to 35 years

We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of professional field experience in interior projects.

• Create comprehensive designs and working drawings using software including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Lumion, and Photoshop for both interior and exterior projects.

• Develop compelling interior design concepts, space plans, and layouts that align with client requirements, budgets, and architectural constraints.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including Residential, Office, Retail, Restaurant, Hospital, Club, Exhibition Gallery, Stall, and Stage designs.

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

• Provide supervision and guidance to junior designers and draftsmen.

• Ensure all designs adhere to high standards of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
