Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of professional field experience in interior projects.
Create comprehensive designs and working drawings using software including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Lumion, and Photoshop for both interior and exterior projects.
Develop compelling interior design concepts, space plans, and layouts that align with client requirements, budgets, and architectural constraints.
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including Residential, Office, Retail, Restaurant, Hospital, Club, Exhibition Gallery, Stall, and Stage designs.
Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Provide supervision and guidance to junior designers and draftsmen.
Ensure all designs adhere to high standards of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
