Responsibilities & Context:
Credence Housing Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Executive / Senior Executive in the Structural Design Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing complex calculations for pressure, loads, and stresses to ensure structural integrity.
- Analyzing configurations of basic structural components and selecting appropriate structural systems for buildings.
- Collaborating with architectural designers to develop detailed construction plans and blueprints.
- Working extensively on CAD detailing for structural drawings.
- Utilizing advanced software (ETABS, STAAD, SAFE) for modeling and simulations to predict structural behavior under various conditions.
- Conducting site inspections to assess structural conditions and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Providing on-site technical assistance and support to Project/Site Engineers.
- Ensuring all designs and practices comply with standard codes such as BNBC 2020, ACI, ASCE, and ECPS standards.
