Responsibilities & Context:
A well-established real estate company is hiring for the position of Executive/ Senior Executive for the Planning & Investment (Sales) Department.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
Generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, site visits, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and investors.
Negotiate terms, prices, and finalize property sales agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property inventory, market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
