∎ Education: Diploma in Fashion Design with 2 years’ experience as Instructor / Trainer or with HSC and 2 years trade course completed from any reputed Technical Training and 5 years practical experience with NTBQF Level-1 & 2.
∎ Experience:
∎ Should have 5 years practical experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Develop curriculum and lesson plan.
∎ • Conduct daily training session.
∎ • Undertaking initiative of periodical assessment and examination.
∎ • Reporting of respective trade activities.
∎ • Motivate the trainee for social mobilization.
∎ • Take care of training equipment and tools.
∎ • Extend necessary support to the Employment Expert in the process of employment generation of trained youth.
∎ • Preserve all necessary records & documents of the trade.
