Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of site experience in civil infrastructure/civil electrical functions, preferably in the marine port industry

Responsibilities & Context:
YOUR DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WILL BE:
Prepare strategic renovation plan and supervise & monitor the implementation of development and maintenance work across the entire terminal`s civil infrastructure, encompassing construction, renovation, High Mast (HM) lighting system, HVAC System, water system, fire-fighting system, earthing & lighting system, and electrical systems, detection system
Prepare infra facilities inspection check list & manage PM Policy (Preventive maintenance) of Infra Facilities. Additionally, guide the team with wharf or jetty facility, Reefer rack inspections and relative maintenance work.
Prepare yearly estimation plan for the consumables, inventory items & ensure availability in the stocks through coordinating effectively with relevant departments. Supervise the team in identifying equipment requirements for maintenance activities. Monitor inventory count and adequate maintenance. Raise required purchase requisitions.
Guarantee that all maintenance and construction projects adhere to established organizational objectives and stringent safety protocols. Monitor closely for project progression. Identify quality deficiency and supervise modification/renovation of PCT & SCY.
Assume responsibility for the overall management of the sub-station, including its layout, distribution plan, and efficient operation.
Liaise with the Bangladesh Power Development Board when necessary to address complex power failure/grid-related concerns.
Collaborate with team members to establish effective and comprehensive work plans for infrastructure projects.
Prepare insightful reports that detail project progress, manpower utilization, and relevant data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensure full and complete maintenance and project records are maintained to facilitate planning and analysis.
