Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Infrastructure Proactively.
∎ Managing fiber technician team.
∎ Communicating with clients and provide updates.
∎ Providing physical support to clients by visiting the client's premises.
∎ Assigning team to restore link and and to receive updates.
∎ Communicating with NTTN and other vendors for link down issue and receive the updates.
∎ Configure multi vendor FTTx devices & Switches.
∎ Collect and update network data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
