Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring.
∎ Ticket Monitor and Update.
∎ Communicate with client and provide site support.
∎ Manage Zonal team and inventory.
∎ Refer major problems or defective products to vendors/technicians.
∎ Work with vendors to resolve support issue and maintain optimum service level.
∎ Prepare Operation Report & Technical documentation and share with head office.
∎ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
∎ Assist with the introduction of new technology into operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At Most 1 years.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic knowledge on IP network and device manufactured by Cisco, Mikrotik.
∎ Good knowledge on FTTx network
∎ Have to do Roaster Duty
