Excellent coordination capacity with individuals, community group representatives, NGOs, WASH officers, and government officials.
Demonstrated ability to monitor progress through regular and accurate updates.
Knowledge of the UN system and the humanitarian community.
Excellent spoken and written Bangla and English.
Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Appropriate communication skill and approachable.
Must have no history of violation of children rights.

The Information Management Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective information management systems and tools to support the WASH sector activities in the field. This role ensures accurate and timely collection, analysis, visualization, and dissemination of data to enable evidence-based decision-making and reporting. The position plays a critical role in supporting project planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) and contributes to the overall success and compliance of WASH interventions within the humanitarian response framework.
Data Management & Reporting:
Implement and regularly update the Information Management Project IPTT and Detail Implementation plan strategy.
Update 4W matrix with collect information and data from field and reporting to WASH sector online template.
Review the Water Quality report and submission of the report to the WASH Sector and donors.
UNICEF-World Vision WASH project reporting in ONA system on regular basis.
Organize, Supervise and develop tools for KAPB, Outcome Monitoring, PDM and other assessment at field level.
Responsible for all Quarterly and Monthly progress report for internal and external stakeholders.
Different kind of quality documentations, stories & Case Studies considering project progress and positive changes in people`s lives throughout the project implementation.
GIS Mapping and Update Spatial Database:
Organize and maintain spatial data of all WASH facilities in accordance with the relevant data management protocols.
Perform advisory, technical assignments and mapping of WASH interventions in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Coordination & Capacity Building:
Supervised and monitored the community volunteers in data collection techniques.
Support and coordination with UNICEF-Planning Monitoring and Reporting section.
Participate in the 3rd party monitoring report sharing meeting and provide information support to World Vision WASH team to take appropriate measure to improve field interventions.
Arrange practical training to the staff at field level and provide necessary guidance for their improvement.
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops to update knowledge and skills as assigned and disseminate new knowledge/ information/lessons learnt.
Infrastructure monitoring & Reporting:
Monitoring of a sample size of the WASH infrastructure on camp level.
Monitoring and reporting the Hygiene practices on the camp level and shared the findings of the onsite behavioral change practices with the responsible person.
Monitoring the CFRM issues and cross checks the satisfaction level of the issues accompanied with the CFRM Officer.
Monitoring the ongoing construction of the facilities and also help to maintain the Environmental and Social Standards.
