Educational Requirements:
∎ University Degree in Information Technology / International Development / Demography / Public Health / Statistics / Bio statistics / Urban & Regional Planning / Geography / GIS and Remote Sensing / Development Studies or other relevant Social Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Information Management:
∎ Implement and regularly update the Information Management Strategy and the Disseminate all information management related products to the management and relevant sectors,
∎ Developing and updating Open Data Kits (ODK) forms to ensure high quality data collection.
∎ Providing practical training for data enumerators and supervisors.
∎ Develop organizational capacity for multimedia and information alerting usage.
∎ Collect and disseminate all kind of information management related products produced by relevant cluster, UN agencies and other agency,
∎ Design necessary data collection forms, ensuring that the purpose and use of data collected is clear and that questions are simple, clear and collectable,
∎ Based on the data collected, conduct needs and gap identification for the relevant sector,
∎ Develop an information-sharing platform as a web-portal,
∎ Perform advisory and technical assignments in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS),
∎ Organize and maintain GIS data of all WASH facilities in accordance with the relevant data management protocols.
∎ Update 4W matrix with collect information and data from field,
∎ Identify appropriate secondary data and information resources,
∎ Draft and manage the information management strategy of NGO Forum
∎ Flows of information and discovery of data/information,
∎ Identify and address information management gaps, and facilitate information sharing between field and project offices including through the organizational web portal,
∎ Regularly map the project facilities and any other useful facilities connected to the WSH sector as per WASH sector.
∎ Provide emergency response information support to the management,
∎ Work closely with the project management to ensure consistency and accuracy of the information collected from field,
∎ Provide Information Management services to support monitoring activities within the working refugee camps,
∎ Participate in Cluster and inter-cluster meetings representing the deploying organization, and provide the necessary support in presenting the relevant data and information,
∎ Documentation:
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly progress report preparation in a timely manner,
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, stories considering project progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation,
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience working with IM related activity,
∎ Experience in use of tablets & smartphones and associated software.
∎ Experience data collection through KOBO software and other mobile application software,
∎ Good report writing skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritising and delegating as required.
∎ Knowledge of different data collection methodologies.
∎ Ability to formulate IM-related technical requirements and Operating Procedures.
∎ Ability to use ArcGIS, QGIS and making maps for the working area
∎ Ability to make own database for infrastructure mapping
∎ Gender sensitive,
∎ Fluent in English and local language,
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps,
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response,
∎ Familiar with Online reporting systems (ONA)
∎ Relevant professional experience working with information management & GIS mapping
∎ Experience of using handheld GPS and mobile GPS
∎ Experience of using data for reporting purposes.
∎ Experience in use of tablets & smartphones and associated software.
∎ Good report writing and problem solving skills.
∎ Able to communicate in local language (Cox's Bazar, Burmese)
∎ Proven skills to analyses statistical information.
∎ Ability to formulate IM-related technical requirements and Operating Procedures.
∎ Gender sensitive.
∎ Positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners.

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
