Experience:
HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University.
Familiarity with rural and semi-urban contexts of Chittagong Division
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Trust-building capacity at household and community level
Basic data collection and reporting skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ethical conduct and respect for safeguarding principles
In the ATEC project, we have established an ambitious goal of selling eCook products each month. Sales operations will initially focus on the Chittagong Division, which encompasses 04 districts. In addition to driving sales, we will also conduct household surveys and document the findings to gain deeper insights into the local market and customer preferences.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Outreach
· Achieve a monthly sales target of 30–40 eCook units
· Conduct door-to-door promotion and community-level engagement
· Promote clean cooking benefits, correct usage, and long-term adoption
· Maintain ethical, transparent, and customer-centric sales practices
Household Survey & Right Customer Selection
· Conduct pre-sales household surveys to assess eligibility
· Ensure right household identification based on technical, behavioral, and usage criteria
· Collect accurate socio-economic, cooking practice, and fuel-use data
· Ensure no sales are completed without proper survey documentation
CTO (Customer Technical Onboarding) Support
· Support and comply with CTO verification before finalizing any sale
· Coordinate with technical teams for CTO approval
· Educate customers on safe operation, maintenance, and correct usage
· Ensure customer readiness for sustained adoption of eCook technology
Reporting & Data Management
· Maintain daily records of sales, surveys, and follow-ups
· Submit timely reports on sales performance, surveys, and CTO status
· Ensure data accuracy for monitoring, evaluation, and carbon reporting
Community Engagement & After-Sales Support
· Act as a local point of contact for customers
· Support awareness campaigns and clean cooking promotion events
· Coordinate with distributors for after-sales follow-up and customer support
