Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BSC in Textiles Engineering or relevant.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare layout, identify critical operation and special machine/attachment.
∎ Conducting Capacity study, Method study, Production study, Time study, Line balancing etc.
∎ Review Production schedules, Engineering Specification, order and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Monitor worker performance, Operator's skill development and skill matrix preparation.
∎ Daily line balance with bottle neck monitoring, problem study and develop productivity.
∎ Lost time recording (NPT), Efficiency calculation.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection, Requirement and turnover.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
∎ Have ability to work with new innovative idea to simplify any operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
