Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all the IE processes.
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout.
∎ Preparing line balancing.
∎ Follow-up time: study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets on an hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and line supervisors.
∎ Set base target, semi-critical & critical operations, ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles & SMV-wise layout target.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine, and Material.
∎ Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ Reviewing operator's skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Preparing worker's assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, and shipment.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform a mathematical calculation to determine the manufacturing process, staff requirements, and production standard.
∎ Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Start new style after learning cap-wise production target fix.
∎ Head-to-head cost prepare/monitor/follow up.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Should have experience in working with knit/woven-based garments.
∎ Proficiency in software/IT skills.
∎ Knowledge of Fabric, Accessories, Machine, Production process.
∎ Floor line management
∎ Well capable of planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading, and Controlling Capabilities.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Splendid communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and team player.
