Experience in woven garments production is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time & motion studies and calculate SMV for sewing operations.
Monitor production lines and analyze operator performance.
Optimize line layout and material flow for higher productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
Support cost control and reduce material wastage.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Train operators on efficient work methods and best practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising departments.
Suggest continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency.
