∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Maintaining the central database of all the orders from booking
∎ 2) Maintain and Train the Team members for better understanding of Productivity and Targets. Improving multi skill set among the workers.
∎ 3) Achieving the Production targets as per the commitment given to management and meet shipment dates
∎ 4) Strictly adherence to the budgeted manpower
∎ 5) Undertaking continuous productivity improvement on regular basis and implement the techniques which help in getting facilitating increased production.
∎ 6) Suggesting the best incentive scheme for practical implementation and result oriented.
∎ 7) Implementing the MIS system to collect all the critical parameters of the production and worker productivity.
∎ 8) Developing a team of fresh industrial engineers for undertaking activities of the expanded production facilities of the group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
