Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine cycles manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Improve the efficiency of each production process.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Evaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
