∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel and Accounts software.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all foreign procurement.
∎ Procurement process: sample & mass order receive from Planning.
∎ Order place to suppliers. Receive PI's, check PI as per spec, check price, quantity, ETD and take PI confirmation from planning & singback PI to suppliers.
∎ Supply chain development work for efficient supply chain.
∎ Remind-mailing & communicating suppliers for parts ready to confirm on time ETD, give PIs to commercial timely LC processing/TT as per planning-production priority.
∎ Assist with commercial for taking Draft confirm, involve Logistic for on time ETD & parts sailing.
∎ Inventory control & random parts quality checking and working for reducing unnecessary stock.
∎ Monitoring all damages, returns, replacements, and warranty claim issues.
∎ Perform any others tasks assigned by management time to time.
