∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed institute
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Maintenance, Maintenance, Schedule Maintain

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Dyeing/ Washing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a Complete Work plan for Electrical & Maintenance & Development Work and supervise all electrical installation work, electrical schedule maintenance work of keeping proper records. Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
∎ Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of mechanical/ electrical equipment.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
∎ Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize the consumption.
∎ Should have experience in schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ To identify problems of plant equipment and conveyed to the maintenance team to solve the problem
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenances as well as to follow ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take a proactive maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.
