∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently factories visit around the duty hours.
∎ Surprise visit to factory may have to be conducted at night shift.
∎ Must be good knowledge of C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Must be stay near factory area.
∎ Duty hours will be everyday 10 hrs.
∎ Closely monitor factory employees In-out with proper security checking.
∎ Security personnel presence check as security post of the factory.
∎ Ensure security personnel discipline in the factory.
∎ Closely monitor security personnel activities as per factory policy.
∎ Having knowledge of visitor management systems as per factory requirements.
∎ Monitoring factory CCTV camera through Monitor
∎ Everyday security training conduct as per schedule of the factory.
∎ New joining security peronnel traning conduct as per factory requirements.
∎ Security personnel belonging ensure as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring goods In-out as per factories policy.
∎ Ensuring C-TPAT audit all requirements for all factories.
∎ Smothly ensure security personnel duty shift as per factory rquriements.
∎ Ensure security personnel salary sheet, punch data & personal files of factory as per compliance requriements.
∎ Communicating with local police station & BEPZA authority.
∎ Strictly ensure goods unless authorised pass through security gates.
∎ Monitoring outsiders or labour activities closely.
∎ Ensuring Shipment vehicle fitness as per C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Ensuring protocols during foreign delegation & buyer team visit to factories.
∎ Physical condition should be good. (Defense background will be preferred)
∎ Must have experience of the garment factories at least 5 years.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
