∎ H. Sc. / Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GPQ, Production planning, Production Process, QC Inspector, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the daily Lasting Plan in lines, improve defects and make correction with acceptable workmanship and measurements.
∎ Monitoring the production, maintain quality and solve the problems with production team for production target achievement.
∎ Provide prompt solution on technical and quality issues.
∎ Conduct in- line product quality to determine the areas for process improvement. Address issues collaboratively with concern personnel and ensure corrective actions immediately to safeguard product quality.
∎ Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the lasting department and highlight areas of concern.
∎ Make sure product and processes are consistently complying with all safety requirements.
∎ Having proper knowledge to operate the lasting machine, machine wise manpower planning.
∎ Ensure proper use of shoe chemicals.
∎ Ensure the packing procedure for different customer.
∎ Train factory teams on all SOPs, Vendor manuals and other processes related to workmanship, fit, product and process safety, and guide them to apply those practically.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Footwear .
