Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods are inbound & outbound, Fabric store management, safety, and security within the store.
∎ Ensure Buyer wise inventory monitoring, delivering & controlling.
∎ Coordinate procurement and other department as per requirement.
∎ Make sure inventory control.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
∎ Improve work process continuously.
∎ Ensure that data are entered into the database to maintain up-to-date stock records, retrieve stored information, store purchase requisition etc.
∎ Monitor fabric store activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and fabric store space is used efficiently.
∎ Develop and recommend improvements in fabric store management practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower cost.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Manage the store staff activities to ensure that the team resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
∎ Train new team members in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
∎ Coordinate each & every aspect of the store department.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Modern store management knowledge is required.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Must be able to work in shifting duty.
