Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for understanding customer requirements and arranging manufacturing capacity for the customer account based on the budgeted top line.·
- Following up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule.·
- Driving the Planning process for assigned Customer’s current and future orders.·
- Monitoring adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address deviations from plan in accordance with the guidelines.·
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional deliverables.·
- Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery.·
- Tracking and monitoring achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommending modifications as required to achieve targets.·
- Preparing analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintaining appropriate documentation and records.
