- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Procurement and Supply Management
- An MBA, PGD in SCM (Supply Chain Management), PGD in GB (Global Business), or an MPSM (Master of Procurement and Supply Management) is preferred.

- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end supply chain cycle.
- Sound knowledge of product pricing methodologies.
- Proficiency in the procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Strong grasp of merchandising practices and import procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and ORACLE.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Procurement: Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with a keen focus on market pricing, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
Data Analysis: An analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially for data analysis and reporting). Ability to apply data analytics to make informed and strategic procurement decisions.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a quick and effective approach to procurement challenges.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail in all aspects of work.
