Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily dyeing & finishing programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure dyeing production per machine per day 5 batches for white & 2.5 batches for average color.
∎ Day to day production monitoring in dyeing & finishing.
∎ Select & set dyeing recipe discussing with Dyeing GM.
∎ On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Should be expert on special finishing process & all type of fabric dyeing process.
∎ Sound knowledge on research and develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
∎ Must have good technical knowledge about the production and quality of grey fabrics.
∎ Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT & must report to GM dyeing.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ Ensure daily production report to GM as per target& follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss.
∎ Instruct them that which chemical dye formula/process are appropriate to create the right color.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience in relevant filed.
∎ As a Shift-In charge 3 Years' experience.
