Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure target-wise quality milk collection and fair price payment implementation of the milk producers.
To prepare and plan for milk collection by ensuring tests for quality control.
Properly maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the milk collection area.
Maintain and monitor proper chilling temperature at the center.
To ensure adulteration-free milk collection.
Maintain records of the Chilling Center and prepare daily reports.
Any other job assigned by a higher authority.
