∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseas & local corresponding with POL, MLO/Slot Operator, BAFFA, Port, Customs & Ultimate consignee.
∎ Receiving, Checking & Incorporating B/L’s both manually and SYSCON Systematically for IGM submission, IGM submission in ASYCUDA WORLD & check, and correction.
∎ Preparation of IGM and completing relevant formalities for BDKAM shipments In system, Incorporating all documentation related to import operations and ensuring timely submission
∎ Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently
∎ Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries
∎ Communicate with customer on their daily booking
∎ Communicate and handle customer complaints appropriately
∎ Perform order processing through various carriers’ systems and Perform shipping instruction submissions before cut off timings
∎ Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices and transhipment points on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have an experience of 3 to 5 years in customer service in NVOCC business.
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook;
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management process;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team.
