Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any Public or Private university with good results.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engagement with customers, end-users, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows of DataSoft's products and features to support the client's business.
∎ Translating business requirements into technical requirements to tech team used for driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications
∎ Analysis and develop technical proposals & documentations based on BRD and R&D
∎ Support internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release
∎ Excellent business communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to correspond with foreign stakeholders.
∎ Work closely with development/test/product/business teams in an agile environment to help refine and support the development, testing and release of functionality
∎ Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills
∎ Gather critical information from meetings with various clients and prepare useful reports, memo, minutes etc.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client.
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients throughout the project implementation life cycle.

∎ Negotiation & Persuasion skills.
∎ Microfinance field level business knowledge (MIS & AIS) & automation knowledge through any software will be considered as an added advantage.
