Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Business Graduate from any reputed public / private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves guests by welcoming, inviting, and coordinating them appropriately.
∎ Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
∎ Keep point-by-point and exact records of guest demands and calls received.
∎ Maintain the common office recording and filling system.
∎ Basic admin works.
∎ Communicating with the vendors.
∎ Coordinate with HR and Admin.
∎ Supports coherence among work groups by archiving and communicating activities, abnormalities, and proceeding needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic English knowledge is a must (speak, write, read)
∎ Well-mannered, smart, and presentable
∎ Can adopt instructions fast and execute, quick learner
∎ Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
