∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering
∎ BSC in Textiles Engineering or Relevant
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the Operation bulletin and prepare layout, identify critical operation and special machine/attachment.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Capacity study, Method study, Production study, Time study, Line balancing etc.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Monitor worker performance, Operator's skill development and skill matrix preparation.
∎ Daily line balance with bottle neck monitoring, problem study and develop productivity.
∎ Lost time recording (NPT), Efficiency calculation.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
∎ Have ability to work with new innovative idea to simplify any operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
