Industrial & Production Engineering, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and work space to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Record or oversee recording of information to ensure accuracy of documentation to pinpoint production problems.
∎ Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
∎ Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
∎ By Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement
∎ Review operator skill level monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Finalize manpower budget, bulletin & production target focus to in time shipment
∎ Prepare operational Layout plan with man, machine & product mix
∎ Maintain co-ordination with production planning team, march team & other production support team to ensure quality production & in time shipment
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout.
∎ Prepare & establish Total Manufacturing SOP from Sample Development to Final Shipment, Smooth & Transparent Operational Flow.
∎ Developing Software base tracking system using standard tools to track daily efficiency (%), Loss Time, wastage (%), earnings, etc.
∎ Ensure higher productivity, decrease overtime, loss time, labor turnover & absenteeism, better floor space utilization & state of the art workplace organization
∎ Implementing knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling (/ergonomics), leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
